Pricing - Standard Office (up to 4 doctors)

Includes:

• Onsite visit/inspection
• All related paperwork to review, plus new items
• Internal Vulnerability Scan
• External Penetration Test

Additional doctors are an additional $200 each

First year

Office paperwork for new clients - $500
  - Includes everything from the Omnibus update of 2013

Audit (standard annual rate) - $800

Subsequent years
